David Pratt is the author of the novels Wallaçonia (Beautiful Dreamer Press), Todd Sweeney: The Fiend of Fleet High (Hosta Press), Looking After Joey (Lethe Press) and the Lambda Award-winning Bob the Book (Chelsea Station Editions). He is also the author of Two Plays: The Snow Queen and November Door. His short story collection, My Movie (Chelsea Station), includes new work and short fiction originally published in Christopher Street, The James White Review, Velvet Mafia, and many other periodicals. Anthology publications include Louis Flint Ceci’s Not Just Another Pretty Face, Don Weise’s Fresh Men 2, Jameson Currier’s With, and, upcoming, Book 3 (Horror) of Breaking Rules’ Short Story Book Project. David has directed and performed his work for the theater in New York City at the Cornelia Street Cafe, HERE Arts Center, Dixon Place, the NY International Fringe Festival and other venues, and in Detroit at The Forge, with Michigan artist Nicholas Williams. In the 1980s, David was the first director of plays by Canadian playwright John Mighton.
