Sebastian Stuart has published nine novels, four under his own name. These include a national bestseller translated into eight languages, and a New York Times bestseller. His novel The Hour Between won the Ferro-Grumley Award and was an NPR Season’s Readings Selection. As a playwright, he was dubbed “the poet laureate of the East Village” by Michael Musto in the Village Voice. His work has been seen at the Kitchen, LaMama, and The Public Theater, and he has won grants from the Edward Albee Foundation, the Jerome Foundation, and others.
