Anne Laughlin is the award-winning author of eight novels. In addition to winning four Goldie Awards and being nominated three times for a Lammy Award, she is the 2022 recipient of the Alice B Medal for her body of work. Anne stays busy in the queer crime-writing community. She is active in the Queer Crime Writers Association, writes reviews for the Gay & Lesbian Review, is a board member of Mystery Writers of America, and helps compile new books to be included in the Crime Reads review of queer crime books. She has recently completed a ninth novel, this one a historical thriller set in 1929 and 1930 Berlin. She lives in Chicago.
